The concept "Escape" seems to confer the idea that there originally is trouble around and the proffered solution is to run to the top of the mountain. Which means that if one is on the mountain top, He will be free from the trouble or danger around.
Yes!! This is very true... The world is a trouble zone and everyone is looking for a mountain top to climb... Hmmmm... There is really much trouble here below but... Amidst all the trouble and turmoil, lies the inherent solution... The solution the world is hell bent on refusing; for generations upon generations... Right from the time of the very first murderer Cain... Even until now.... The solution the Israelites have made light of... Time and time again... The solution they crucified and said.... "... Let His blood be on us and upon our children' s children... ". As I had earlier said, the world is a trouble zone... And everyone is searching for a mountain top to climb... The question remains... To Which mountain will you run?? ¿¿!!!
Remember that we are surrounded by the whims and caprices of sin.... It has become the order of the day, the unit of measurement for socialization and civilization.... But I tell you.... That was the case with the Sodomites and their counterparts :the Gomorrah people right before their so called 'civilization' was burnt to the ground by God and not man... God did it!!!! . Now this generation even with all their examples and knowledge and revelations, still we tow the line of our historical twin...... Now God has made provision for our escape.... And now He is saying... "Escape to the mountain...you will be safe there... Please!!!" Christ is the Mountain... Run to Him and you will be safe... Your troubles He will assail for you and give you respite from all your worries and heartaches.... No matter the situation or sin, the Mountain can take it and leave you whole
